Objective:
To rapidly onboard, register, and activate a high volume of B2B buyer accounts—including travel agencies and corporate clients—onto the JetClass platform. This role is heavily focused on outbound outreach, driving platform registrations, and ensuring buyers are successfully activated and engaged at scale. Success in this role is measured by the volume of active buyer accounts onboarded and their ongoing usage of the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach through cold calls and emails to buyers across assigned markets, converting leads into qualified platform registrations.
- Qualify prospects with speed and rigor (business type, client profile, travel volume, decision maker) and progress qualified accounts to registration and early activity.
- Conduct structured discovery and onboarding calls to assess fit for the JetClass B2B Marketplace, and convert qualified prospects into active marketplace buyers.
- Proactively engage in outbound sales, respond to inquiries, and effectively promote and sell JetClass products and services.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for travel agencies, ensuring smooth hand-off to the onboarding team once qualified.
- Provide regular updates on prospecting activities and lead conversions to management.
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using research and segmentation (agency type, region, client profile, charter relevance).
- Utilize JetClass’s CRM and sales support tools to track and manage leads efficiently.
- Be adaptable in covering multiple markets, with flexibility to target areas where business opportunities arise.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury travel, corporate travel, or related sectors like hospitality or high-end concierge services.
- Proven experience in selling B2B travel solutions or similar products, with expertise in cold calling and discovery calls with B2B prospects.
- Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and generate high-quality leads.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools (provided by JetClass).
- Self-driven, organized, and able to work across multiple markets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Rs150,000.00 per month
