Job Summary:
The B2B Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with corporate clients, SMEs, and key stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to design and execute B2B strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives. The B2B Manager will oversee the full cycle of business development, from prospecting and negotiations to account management and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Strategy & Development

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to grow the B2B customer base in alignment with company objectives.

Identify target sectors (large corporations, restaurant chains, hotels, SMEs) and create a market penetration plan.

Lead the design and development of tailored commercial packages and corporate offers.
2. Client Lifecycle Management

Oversee the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiations, contract closures, and onboarding.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Develop customer retention plans and manage contract renewals.
3. Negotiation & Pricing

Lead negotiations with corporate clients to secure mutually profitable deals.

Define pricing and packages to balance customer value with company profitability.
4. Key Account Management

Supervise the management of key accounts to ensure their needs are met effectively.

Provide additional solutions and services to enhance value-added offerings.
5. Leadership & Team Development

Lead and coach the B2B sales team to achieve growth and acquisition targets.

Train team members on consultative selling and corporate solutions approaches.

Monitor performance through KPIs (e.g., revenue, new client acquisitions, retention rate).
6. Internal Collaboration

Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure offerings align with market needs.

Provide regular performance and market opportunity reports to senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in sales or business development, including at least 3 years in B2B (preferably in tech, apps, or services).

Proven experience in key account management and negotiating corporate contracts.

Demonstrated ability to develop B2B strategies and deliver growth targets.

Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.

Fluency in both English and Arabic.
