Position Summary:
The B2B Manager role includes fostering strong business relationships, driving sales, and ensuring long-term success for the company with all our B2B customers.
1. Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Develop strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
2. Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all clients.
- Understand client needs and provide solutions.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
3. Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase company sales via B2B channel.
- Collaborate with marketing teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
4. Negotiation:
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Ensure favorable terms for the company while maintaining strong relationships.
5. Team Management:
- Lead and coach the B2B team.
- Set goals and targets for the B2B team and enhance performance.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
6. Data Analysis:
- Analyze sales data and client feedback.
- Use data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
7. Communication:
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other departments.
- Present reports and updates to senior management.
8. Strategy Development:
