Position Summary:
The B2B Manager role includes fostering strong business relationships, driving sales, and ensuring long-term success for the company with all our B2B customers.

1. Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Develop strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

2. Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide solutions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention.

3. Sales and Marketing:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase company sales via B2B channel.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

4. Negotiation:

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Ensure favorable terms for the company while maintaining strong relationships.

5. Team Management:

  • Lead and coach the B2B team.
  • Set goals and targets for the B2B team and enhance performance.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members.

6. Data Analysis:

  • Analyze sales data and client feedback.
  • Use data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Make data-driven decisions to improve performance.

7. Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other departments.
  • Present reports and updates to senior management.

8. Strategy Development:

  • Develop long-term business strategies to drive growth.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

9. Risk Management:

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to business relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

10. Customer Service:

  • Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

11. Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Use industry knowledge to anticipate changes and adapt strategies accordingly.

12. Budget Management:

  • Manage budgets for sales, marketing, and client management activities.
  • Ensure expenditures are in line with company goals and objectives.
