B2B Marketing Executive

Working Hours: UK Time Zone 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)

Glosix Systems is looking for a proactive and results-driven B2B Marketing Executive to help drive growth for our IT Outsourcing, IT Staff Augmentation, and Software Development services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified B2B leads through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, email marketing, search advertising, social media platforms, industry directories, and outreach campaigns
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to support business growth
  • Create engaging content for websites, blogs, case studies, email campaigns, and marketing materials
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to maximize lead conversion
  • Track campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts based on data and insights

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT services, software development, SaaS, or technology
  • Proven experience in lead generation across multiple marketing channels
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, and demand generation
  • Excellent communication and English language skills
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and results-oriented mindset
