Glosix Systems is looking for a proactive and results-driven B2B Marketing Executive to help drive growth for our IT Outsourcing, IT Staff Augmentation, and Software Development services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified B2B leads through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, email marketing, search advertising, social media platforms, industry directories, and outreach campaigns
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to support business growth
- Create engaging content for websites, blogs, case studies, email campaigns, and marketing materials
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to maximize lead conversion
- Track campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts based on data and insights
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT services, software development, SaaS, or technology
- Proven experience in lead generation across multiple marketing channels
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, and demand generation
- Excellent communication and English language skills
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools
- Self-motivated, analytical, and results-oriented mindset
