Key Responsibilities:

• Visit colleges, institutes, and organizations to promote IPCS Global’s training programs.
• Conduct seminars, workshops, and presentations to generate leads.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into admissions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding of students.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
• Experience: 0–2 years in field sales, business development, or education sector.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for college visits and field activities.
• Energetic, result-oriented, and self-motivated.
