Job Description:
We are looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies targeting corporate clients and business partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation, brand positioning, and revenue growth within the B2B segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage lead generation campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Work closely with sales and business development teams to support pipeline growth
- Create and manage marketing content (presentations, proposals, email campaigns, case studies)
- Plan and execute corporate events, partnerships, and exhibitions
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports and insights
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI optimization
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing (preferred in IT, Retail, or Technology)
- Strong understanding of lead generation and funnel management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience working closely with sales teams
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
