What's the role
As Marketing & Operations Lead, you drive the strategy, development, and execution of Shell Fleet Solutions’ marketing agenda while managing operational delivery to achieve ambitious commercial targets. This role will directly influence business growth through data-driven marketing initiatives, differentiated customer value propositions (CVP), and execution excellence.

What you bring
Minimum of 5 years of progressive professional experience, including essential on-ground roles as a Territory Manager or B2B sales engagement. Should have executed Local Area Marketing at scale.
Mobility Operations Expertise: Well-versed in end-to-end management of mobility site operations.
Commercial & Strategic Acumen: Proven track record of delivering integrated value creation, exceptional execution, and measurable business results.
Go-to-Market Execution: Hands-on experience in one or more of the following — new product launches, market positioning, demand generation, or route-to-market strategies (preferred).
Relationship & Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to build and influence relationships across all organizational levels and functions. Team player - We before me.
Domain Advantage: Familiarity with payment products or fintech solutions will be an added advantage.
Leadership & Mindset: Commercially astute, pragmatic, self-driven, and highly communicative with a continuous learning mindset. Skilled at managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, global, cross-functional environment.
Resilience & Adaptability: Strong ownership mentality with high tolerance for ambiguity, patience, and resilience in dynamic market conditions.
Analytical Rigor: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate and interpret complex datasets for decision-making.
Customer-Centric Focus: Deep commitment to understanding and anticipating customer needs, delivering differentiated solutions ahead of competition.
Strategic to Tactical Execution: Proven ability to operate effectively at strategic, operational, and tactical levels.
