B2B Marketing & Partner Growth Manager

The B2B Marketing & Partner Growth Manager is responsible for defining and driving the marketing strategy that supports merchant acquisition and ecosystem growth. This role works closely with sales and account management teams to translate merchant performance insights, market intelligence, and opportunities into strong positioning, acquisition strategies, and marketing narratives.


The role requires a strong understanding of the banking, loyalty, and card-linked offers ecosystem in the GCC, as well as the ability to connect data, market trends, and storytelling to support commercial growth. The role also oversees the communications and visibility function, guiding the company's positioning through PR, LinkedIn, industry events, and ecosystem partnerships.


Essential Duties:

  • Define and lead the overall B2B marketing and partner growth strategy aligned with merchant acquisition objectives.
  • Monitor the regional loyalty and card-linked offers ecosystem to identify competitors, platforms, trends, and market opportunities.
  • Translate merchant performance data, partner insights, and market research into clear positioning and acquisition strategies.
  • Work closely with sales to refine the merchant value proposition and develop acquisition materials that support commercial conversations.
  • Identify strategic visibility opportunities across industry events, ecosystem partnerships, and market initiatives.
  • Guide the overall communications strategy, including PR, LinkedIn positioning, and industry presence.
  • Manage and mentor 2 team members

Qualifications & Experience

  •  8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, partner marketing, or growth roles within fintech, banking, or loyalty platforms.
  • Strong understanding of loyalty, rewards, or card-linked offers ecosystems in the GCC (UAE / Qatar preferred).
  • Proven experience working closely with sales teams to support revenue growth.
  • Experience leading marketing initiatives involving PR, events, positioning, and industry visibility.
  • Experience translating data and insights into marketing strategies and positioning.
