B2B Outbound Sales Executive – US Market

We are looking for a driven and experienced B2B Outbound Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, engaging, and closing US-based business clients through outbound sales efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment and has a proven track record in US B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Identify and engage decision-makers within US-based companies
  • Present and pitch company products/services effectively
  • Understand client business needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Maintain and update sales pipeline in CRM
  • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in US B2B outbound sales
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Experience dealing with business owners and decision-makers
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident personality
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Willingness to work in US time zone
