We are looking for a driven and experienced B2B Outbound Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, engaging, and closing US-based business clients through outbound sales efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment and has a proven track record in US B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Identify and engage decision-makers within US-based companies
- Present and pitch company products/services effectively
- Understand client business needs and propose tailored solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Maintain and update sales pipeline in CRM
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in US B2B outbound sales
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Experience dealing with business owners and decision-makers
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident personality
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
- Willingness to work in US time zone
