About the Role
We’re hiring a
B2B Partnerships & Marketing Manager
to support a leading premium medical aesthetics clinic in Riyadh, specializing in advanced hair restoration procedures.
This role is focused on
building a high-quality referral ecosystem
, activating local networks, and ensuring a strong, responsive presence across social platforms.
You will operate at the intersection of
partnerships, influencer marketing, and community management
— driving qualified patient leads through trusted channels.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
1. B2B Partnerships (Core Focus)

Identify and onboard referral partners across Riyadh

(barbers, salons, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, stylists, etc.)

Build and manage a pipeline of
active partners generating consistent referrals

Nurture relationships to ensure long-term collaboration and trust
2. Influencer Identification & Outreach

Source relevant local influencers aligned with the clinic’s positioning

Lead outreach and collaboration discussions

Coordinate content production and partnerships
3. Community Management

Own all inbound communication across
Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok

Respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy

Ensure fast response times and high-quality engagement
4. Content Coordination

Organize and manage
on-site clinic shoots (photo + video)

Brief doctors and staff for content capture

Ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality social content
