Senior Brand Manager

Role Overview

As the Senior Brand Manager at Brands Root, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of brand development and market integration for our global clientele. You will manage the transition of international brands into the Saudi market, ensuring that creative brand identities are culturally resonant and fully compliant with local regulatory frameworks. This is a strategic leadership role that blends high-level marketing with meticulous project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Entry Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive brand launch strategies for international products entering the KSA market, ensuring alignment with Saudi Vision 2030 trends.
  • Regulatory Liaison: Work closely with the registration team to ensure all brand assets, packaging, and messaging comply with SFDA and ZATCA requirements.
  • Brand Identity Management: Act as the primary guardian for client brands, overseeing localized creative direction, tone of voice, and visual standards across all platforms.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage high-value relationships with international suppliers and local distributors, acting as the bridge between global brand owners and the Saudi market.
  • Integrated Campaigns: Lead 360° marketing campaigns including digital, OOH (Out-of-Home), and PR, specifically tailored to the nuances of the Riyadh consumer base.
  • Performance Analytics: Track and report on Brand Health Indexes, ROI on marketing spend, and market share growth for the assigned portfolio.

Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years in Brand Management or Marketing Leadership, with a strong background in the Saudi Arabian market (FMCG, Healthcare, or Industrial sectors preferred).
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with the Saudi registration landscape (SFDA/Saber/Etimad) is a significant advantage.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to manage multi-million riyal budgets and deliver measurable brand growth.
  • Language: Professional fluency in English and Arabic is essential for navigating local government requirements and international client relations.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: SAR 68,148.53 (All-inclusive fixed cash)
  • Annual Package: SAR 817,782.40
