Bluemen Coffee & Sweets, a growing café brand in Riyadh, is looking for a highly skilled Marketing Specialist with a strong marketing background and proven experience in engaging with multinational companies and diverse customer segments.

About Us:
For the past 2 years, Bluemen Coffee & Sweets has been serving high-quality coffee and premium sweets, building a strong reputation for quality, consistency, and customer experience across Riyadh.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Take initiative in planning campaigns and proposing innovative marketing ideas
• Think creatively and introduce out-of-the-box concepts to attract customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and engagement
• Manage and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)
• Create and oversee content including campaigns, promotions, new items, and discount offers
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, and external partners for high-quality content
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to refine strategies
• Manage paid advertising campaigns and optimize performance
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights

Requirements:

• Strong marketing background with proven professional experience
• Experience working with or engaging multinational companies and diverse markets
• Expertise in digital marketing and social media management
• Experience with paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results
• Arabic and English proficiency preferred
