Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Generation
- Manage and execute the complete B2B SaaS sales cycle (prospecting → demo → proposal → negotiation → close).
- Identify new business opportunities through outbound efforts (email outreach, LinkedIn, cold calls, events).
- Conduct high-quality product demos tailored to client needs
- Convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities and close high-value deals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Client Management
- Build trust-based relationships with clients across global markets (US, EU, MENA, APAC).
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with onboarding and CS teams to ensure smooth client implementation.
- Maintain accurate client communication and pipeline tracking in CRM (HubSpot/Pipedrive/Salesforce).
Market & Product Knowledge
- Stay updated with industry trends in SaaS, FinTech, KYC/AML, Risk, AI, and Compliance.
- Communicate customer insights and market feedback to product and marketing teams.
RequirementsEducation & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, IT, or related field).
- 2–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in FinTech, RegTech, AI, or IT Services.
- Proven experience in managing international clients and closing high-ticket deals.
Skills
- Excellent communication & presentation skills (verbal, written, client-facing).
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and CRM workflows.
- Ability to negotiate, handle objections, and close deals independently.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand client pain points and propose solutions.
- High ownership, self-motivation, and target-driven attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
