B2B Sales Executive – Interior & Joinery Sector (Dubai)
Company: Leading Interior Design & Fit-out / Kitchens, Closets & Joinery Company
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience Required: 5+ Years

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing and developing business relationships with corporate clients, contractors, developers, consultants, and interior design firms—especially within the kitchens, wardrobes, closets, joinery, and interior fit-out industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and generate new business opportunities within the B2B segment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients
  • Present company products & services professionally to clients
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups till closing
  • Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings across Dubai
  • Coordinate with design, production, and project teams to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience in:

▪ Interior design
▪ Kitchens & closets
▪ Joinery / fit-out
▪ Furniture or related industry

  • Arabic language fluency (must)
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
