We are seeking a proactive and client-focused B2B Sales and Account Executive with a strong background in the Fleet, Logistics, or Telematics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships, developing tailored business proposals, conducting product demos, and ensuring successful project execution from initiation to delivery. This role demands a balance of business acumen, technical understanding, and project coordination skills to deliver value-driven solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
● Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building long-term, trusted relationships.
● Develop customized business proposals, RFP responses, and commercial presentations aligned with client needs and company offerings.
● Proactively reach out to potential customers through prospecting, networking, and targeted outreach to generate and attract new business opportunities.
● Conduct product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs to prospective and existing clients.
● Oversee the implementation and delivery of client projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
● Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Technical, and Product) to align solutions with client requirements.
● Track and report on account performance, client satisfaction, and project progress.
● Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand existing accounts.
● Support renewal processes and negotiate contract terms as needed.
● Stay updated with industry trends in fleet management, logistics, and telematics technology.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field.
● 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Project Management, preferably in Fleet, Logistics, or Telematics sectors.
● Proven experience in writing and presenting business proposals and conducting client demos.
● Strong understanding of fleet management systems, IoT/telematics solutions, and logistics operations.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
● Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
● Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
