and manage strategic business partnerships within our Real Estate / Properties sector."
Key Responsibilities:

Execute business development plans via calls, face-to-face meetings, cold calling, emails, networking.

B2B sales experience
is highly preferred

Meet monthly & quarterly KPIs (volume & value).

Manage client expectations.
-
Provide client training and regular performance reviews to maximize retention.

Update reporting dashboards for all sales activities.

Coordinate with Finance, Customer Support, Legal, and Marketing for client-related issues.

Collect market insights and stay updated on laws and local developments.
Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce
, or a related field.

Experience:
2 to 5 years of sales experience (real estate experience is a plus) OR fresh graduates with prior sales experience.

Nature of Experience:
Experience in client acquisition, door-to-door sales, (Retail experience not required).
