B2B Sales Closer

The Role:
We are hiring a dynamic B2B Sales Closer & Team Lead—a dual-role for a proven hunter who can close high-value deals and lead a team to exceed targets. You will drive revenue while mentoring junior reps to build a top-performing sales unit.

Key Responsibilities:

Hunt & Close (Individual Contributor):

  • Execute 60-100+ strategic outbound touches daily to C-level executives (CEO, CMO, Owners) in the UK/US markets.
  • Own the full sales cycle—prospecting to close—securing 5-7 new deals monthly across our premium digital marketing services.
  • Deliver consultative, data-backed proposals aligned to client KPIs.
  • Cultivate long-term, profitable client relationships.

Build & Lead (Team Leadership):

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 3-5 Business Development Representatives.
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews, pipeline analysis, and skill-building sessions.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and target achievement.
  • Drive the team to surpass monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in international B2B outbound sales (UK/US markets).
  • 2+ years in sales leadership/team coaching within a high-velocity environment.
  • 1.5+ years of verifiable experience selling digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM) to B2B clients.
  • Documented track record of closing high-ticket deals (six-figure PKR+ agreements).
  • Fluent, professional English with a credible executive phone presence.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold a team accountable.

Logistics:

  • Work Schedule: Monday – Friday

Shift (Choose One):

  • UK Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (PKT)
  • US Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (PKT)
