The Opportunity:

This is more than a cold calling role—it's a business development partnership. You will be instrumental in growing our pipeline by directly engaging with key decision-makers at tech-forward companies. You'll have the chance to shape how global businesses perceive Devstax from the very first conversation, qualifying serious opportunities and setting the stage for long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct strategic outbound B2B calls to introduce Devstax’s custom software development and digital transformation services.
  • Articulate our value proposition with clarity and confidence to CTOs, Founders, and IT Directors.
  • Qualify leads through insightful questioning, identifying genuine project needs and budget fit.
  • Schedule qualified appointments and demonstrations for our senior sales and solutions team.
  • Meticulously log all activities, communications, and lead intelligence in our CRM system.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, qualified leads, and scheduled appointments.

Who You Are:

  • You have 1+ years of proven success in B2B cold calling, inside sales, or lead generation.
  • You possess exceptional communication and active listening skills—you’re persuasive, not pushy.
  • You are resilient and professional, viewing rejection as a step toward the next "yes."
  • You are organized and tech-savvy, with experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track your pipeline.
  • You are self-motivated, disciplined, and thrive in a remote, target-driven environment.
  • You are fluent in English with excellent verbal and written proficiency.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience selling IT services, SaaS, or custom software development.
  • A track record of engaging with international clients, particularly in North America or Europe.
