Job Summary:
The Sales Engineer plays a vital role in developing and maintaining client relationships within the contracting and finishing industry. He is responsible for identifying business opportunities, preparing proposals, and providing technical and commercial solutions that align with project requirements and company objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and fit-out market.
  • Prepare and submit detailed technical and financial proposals.
  • Conduct site visits, attend client meetings, and understand project requirements.
  • Coordinate with the technical and execution teams to ensure feasibility of proposed solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, or Mechanical).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales within contracting or finishing fields.
  • Strong technical understanding of construction and fit-out works.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel locally.
