B2B Sales Executive

Faisalabad, Pakistan

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, preferably in the packaging or plastic industry, and the ability to build strong client relationships while achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the B2B market.
  • Conduct client visits (motorbike required) to develop and maintain strong relationships.
  • Present, promote, and sell company products and solutions to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of proven B2B sales experience (preferably in packaging/plastic industry).
  • Must own a motorbike for client visits.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow in a competitive market.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
