Amtech Systems is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the audio-visual sector, including projectors, interactive touch screens, and other related technologies. The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to understand customer needs and present suitable solutions to drive sales and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Growth and Sales:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for audio-visual products (projectors, interactive touch screens, etc.).
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and government sectors to understand their needs.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
- Market Research and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the audio-visual industry.
- Analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to formulate strategies for business growth.
- Develop and execute a business development plan to expand the client base and market share.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide post-sales support, including training on products and solutions.
- Act as the point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring timely communication and addressing client concerns.
- Product Expertise and Consultation:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of audio-visual products, including projectors, interactive touch screens, and conferencing solutions.
- Offer expert advice and consultation to clients on the best audio-visual solutions for their needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose tailored solutions to clients.
- Reporting and Coordination:
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business plans for management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, and finance) to ensure seamless delivery and after-sales support.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the company and products.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Sales.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the audio-visual or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of audio-visual products, including projectors, interactive touch screens, conferencing solutions, etc.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools is a plus.
Salary: Competitive, with performance-based incentives.
