Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to drive sales growth, identify new opportunities, and close deals to achieve company revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for new business across assigned territories
- Cold calling to generate qualified leads
- Understand client needs and present suitable products/services
- Build & maintain strong client relationships
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
- Prepare presentations, proposals & contracts
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
- Attend exhibitions, conferences & networking events
- Analyse sales data to identify growth opportunities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience (lead generation, prospecting, client management)
- Strong problem-solving & objection-handling skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and target-driven
- Ability to work independently & in a team
- Willingness to travel for client meetings/events if required

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
