Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate quality B2B leads through field sales, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct food testing activations in residential societies, corporate parks, and commercial areas.
  • Build and manage corporate client tie-ups (offices, cafeterias, institutions, vendors, distributors).
  • Pitch food testing services, product benefits, and compliance value to decision-makers.
  • Plan and execute society activations, demos, and sampling activities to drive conversions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Prepare sales reports, follow-ups, and maintain customer data.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for smooth execution of activations and orders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in food, FMCG, testing services, or hospitality.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable with field sales and on-ground activations.
  • Ability to generate leads independently and close deals.
  • Good understanding of corporate sales cycles and client handling.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety/testing is an advantage (training can be provided).

Preferred Profile:

  • Graduate or Diploma holder.
  • Experience in society marketing, corporate sales, or activation-based sales.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and result-oriented personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
