Key Responsibilities:
- Generate quality B2B leads through field sales, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct food testing activations in residential societies, corporate parks, and commercial areas.
- Build and manage corporate client tie-ups (offices, cafeterias, institutions, vendors, distributors).
- Pitch food testing services, product benefits, and compliance value to decision-makers.
- Plan and execute society activations, demos, and sampling activities to drive conversions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare sales reports, follow-ups, and maintain customer data.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for smooth execution of activations and orders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in food, FMCG, testing services, or hospitality.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and on-ground activations.
- Ability to generate leads independently and close deals.
- Good understanding of corporate sales cycles and client handling.
- Basic knowledge of food safety/testing is an advantage (training can be provided).
Preferred Profile:
- Graduate or Diploma holder.
- Experience in society marketing, corporate sales, or activation-based sales.
- Target-driven, proactive, and result-oriented personality.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
