About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Sales & Business Development Executive with strong experience in B2B sales and client acquisition. This role requires a focus on generating new leads, building strategic partnerships, and driving profitable business growth within the hospitality and corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and convert B2B leads into long-term business opportunities.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and distributors.
  • Sales Activity: Visit clients for product demonstrations and impactful business meetings.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth areas.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain sales pipelines and regularly update the CRM system.
  • Strategy & Campaigns: Prepare proposals/pitches, execute marketing campaigns, and work with the marketing team to drive brand awareness.
  • Targets: Consistently achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Requirements

  • Prior professional experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / Marketing.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Experience in the restaurant / F&B industry is a PLUS.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet targets.
  • MANDATORY: Valid UAE Driving License + Car (essential for client visits across Dubai/UAE).
