Job Overview

ABS International is hiring B2B Sales Executives for its US market operations.
This role involves direct communication with US businesses, managing conversations end-to-end, and closing revenue-generating deals.

This is not customer support, not a script-based call center, and not outsourced client work.
You will be part of ABS International’s in-house sales team, working on long-term internal revenue projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage US-based B2B prospects via calls and follow-ups
• Qualify leads and understand business requirements
• Present solutions and handle objections professionally
• Close deals and contribute to revenue targets
• Maintain accurate notes and pipeline updates

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in B2B, international, or US sales
• Strong spoken English for professional business conversations
• Comfortable working night shifts and on-site in Karachi
• Sales-driven mindset with interest in commission earnings

Compensation & Earnings

• Competitive base salary
• Uncapped commission structure

Realistic earning potential:

• Average performers: PKR 100,000+ per month (basic + commission)
• High performers: PKR 200,000+ per month (basic + commission)
