Salary: AED 3,500 – 4,000 / month

We Aspire Education Services is a leading training and development institute in Dubai, providing corporate and professional training programs to empower organizations and professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire and manage new corporate clients for training programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR managers and decision-makers.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored training solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing for lead generation strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
• Keep updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience (education/training sector preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships at decision-making levels.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• UAE Driver’s License preferred.
