Job Description

Petal Love Flowers LLC, a premier florist and corporate gifting provider in the UAE, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team. We specialize in creating stunning flower arrangements and exquisite gift hampers for corporate clients.

In this role, you will be the face of our company, proactively generating your own leads and building lasting relationships with businesses across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the UAE. Your primary focus will be on selling our corporate gifting solutions, including festive hampers, weekly flower subscriptions, event floristry, and loyalty gifts for their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, research, and generate your own leads through cold calling, networking, social selling (especially LinkedIn), and field visits to target companies.
  • Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with key decision-makers (e.g., Office Managers, HR Managers, Marketing Directors, CEOs) to present our corporate gifting and floral service offerings.
  • Solution Selling: Understand client needs for corporate events, employee recognition, client loyalty programs, and festive gifting to propose tailored floral and hamper solutions.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and proposal presentation to negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business and client retention.
  • Target Driven: Meet and exceed agreed-upon quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and new potential product opportunities.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in corporate gifting, hospitality, FMCG, event management, or services sales.
  • Hunter Mentality: A proven ability to self-generate leads and close deals is essential.
  • Impeccable Presentation: Exceptional professional appearance and communication skills, with the confidence to present ideas to senior-level executives.
  • Network: An existing network of contacts within UAE businesses is a significant advantage.
  • Driving License: A valid UAE driving license and access to a car is highly preferred for client meetings.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
  • Residency: Must be currently residing in the UAE and available for an interview.
