MUST BE SAUDI (ON-Site in Riyadh)

Position Overview

The B2B Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities with corporate clients. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills to manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals and maintaining long‑term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and target potential corporate clients within the assigned sectors.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
  • Build a solid sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver customized sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure win‑win outcomes.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key corporate accounts.
  • Maintain strong, long‑term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage post‑sales support in collaboration with the operations and customer service teams.

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer demands and market trends.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales roles.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver’s license (if required for field visits).
