B2B Sales Expert – SaaS / Fintech

Lahore, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities across international markets (NA, Europe, MENA).
  • Strategize and execute outbound prospecting campaigns using tools like LinkedIn, email automation, and CRM.
  • Conduct discovery calls, understand client needs, and position Shufti’s solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and product teams to deliver customized demos and proposals.
  • Own the entire sales funnel — from prospecting to qualification to handover to closing team.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records and pipeline updates in CRM tools.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs for qualified opportunities and pipeline value.

Requirements:

  • 1.5 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation — ideally in a SaaS or Fintech company.
  • Solid understanding of the sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and research skills to identify the right prospects and decision-makers.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and collaborative team environment.

Bonus Points For:

  • Prior experience in identity verification, RegTech, KYC/AML, or compliance-related software.
  • Experience working with global clients across time zones.
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
