Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities across international markets (NA, Europe, MENA).
- Strategize and execute outbound prospecting campaigns using tools like LinkedIn, email automation, and CRM.
- Conduct discovery calls, understand client needs, and position Shufti’s solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and product teams to deliver customized demos and proposals.
- Own the entire sales funnel — from prospecting to qualification to handover to closing team.
- Maintain accurate sales activity records and pipeline updates in CRM tools.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs for qualified opportunities and pipeline value.
Requirements:
- 1.5 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation — ideally in a SaaS or Fintech company.
- Solid understanding of the sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and research skills to identify the right prospects and decision-makers.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and collaborative team environment.
Bonus Points For:
- Prior experience in identity verification, RegTech, KYC/AML, or compliance-related software.
- Experience working with global clients across time zones.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar.
