be part of a team driving global business growth for local manufacturers, exporters, and

suppliers through the world's leading B2B e-commerce platform.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, guide, and motivate a team of B2B Sales Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle - from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Handle and convert high-value B2B leads from CRM and inbound channels.
  • Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and sales strategy support to the team.
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and training sessions on Alibaba.com's platform.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor team KPIs, maintain CRM accuracy, and prepare detailed sales reports.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and relationship building

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, with at least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with B2B platforms (especially Alibaba.com) and CRM systems
  • Target-driven, proactive, and skilled in client relationship management


Compensation & Benefits


  • Salary: PKR 80,000 -90,000 (based on experience)
  • Attractive commission structure and monthly incentives
  • Fuel allowance and performance bonuses

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, alternate Saturdays
  • Timing: 9:00 AM - 5:00PM
