Job Summary:
Lead and grow national B2B/institutional sales, targeting architects, designers, developers, and corporate clients in the building materials and furniture industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve national sales targets.
- Manage full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing and post-sale support.
- Build strong relationships with the A&D community and key decision-makers.
- Drive product specifications in tenders and BOQs.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Design Studio for presentations and client solutions.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure timely coordination with Supply Chain for project delivery.
- Provide regular forecasts and pipeline reports to management.
Qualifications:
- BBA/MBA (Marketing) or B.E./M.E. (Civil/Industrial).
- 8–10 years’ experience in B2B/Project Sales (Building Materials, Furniture, or Construction).
- Strong A&D network and proven project sales expertise.
- CRM and key account management experience.
