Responsible for leading B2B sales operations within the fragrances, beauty, or retail sector. Drives revenue growth, manages key accounts, builds partnerships, and expands the company’s B2B presence in the Saudi and UAE markets.
Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
Identify and onboard new corporate clients, distributors, and channel partners.
Manage key accounts and maintain long-term strong relationships.
Lead contract negotiations, pricing, and proposals.
Analyze market trends in fragrances, beauty, and retail to identify new opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports.
Collaborate with marketing to support product launches and promotions.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fragrances, beauty, cosmetics, or retail.
Strong understanding of KSA/UAE B2B landscape.
Proven experience achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Arabic speaker preferred.
