Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and leading the sales pipeline from prospecting to closure. The role focuses on acquiring new business, expanding existing accounts, and achieving revenue targets in a competitive B2B environment.

1. Business Development & Sales Growth
Drive B2B sales across HoReCa, corporate, retail chains, and institutional customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Identify and onboard new business clients, distributors, and channel partners.
Develop pricing, contracts, and negotiation strategies for bulk deals.
Expand geographical reach and build new revenue streams.

2. Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic clients.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Act as the escalation point for client issues and resolve conflicts proactively.
Develop client-specific engagement plans to increase repeat business.

3. Operations & Supply Chain Management
Oversee end-to-end order fulfilment, from procurement to delivery.
Ensure consistent product quality, compliance, and timely dispatch.
Optimize supply chain, logistics, and warehousing for efficiency and cost reduction.
Collaborate with production and quality teams for smooth execution of large orders.

4. Financial Management
Ensure profitability by monitoring costs, margins, and pricing strategies.
Manage credit terms, collections, and working capital.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and business reports for management.
Track ROI on key B2B accounts and campaigns.

5. Team Leadership & Development
Build and manage a strong sales team.
Set clear KPIs and performance goals for team members.
Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to drive productivity.
Foster a performance-driven culture with accountability.

6. Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure adherence to food safety, FSSAI, HACCP, and other regulatory standards.
Align with legal, commercial, and contractual obligations.

7. Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence
Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and client requirements.
Develop new B2B product formats/packages for institutional sales.
Work with marketing for trade promotions, events, and activations.
Identify growth opportunities in exports, online B2B platforms, and partnerships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
