B2B Sales Manager (HoReCa & Corporate Clients)

As the company continues its exciting growth journey, we are looking for a B2B Sales Manager (HoReCa & Corporate Clients) who will play a key role in expanding the brand’s presence across HoReCa and corporate segments.


Role Purpose

To drive sustainable and profitable growth across HoReCa venues, hotel chains, corporate offices and fuel station chains through the company’s machine + coffee + service business model.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the HoReCa and corporate customer portfolio

• Structure and manage long-term coffee supply and service agreements

• Build commercial models aligned with the machine + coffee + service concept

• Conduct machine amortization and investment return (ROI) calculations

• Develop pricing strategies and manage coffee margin structures

• Ensure disciplined and sustainable management of collection processes

• Achieve commercial growth while protecting the premium brand positioning

Desired Profile

• Sales experience within HoReCa-focused coffee brands

• Experience managing FMCG chain accounts is considered an advantage

• Strong financial literacy with a solid understanding of P&L logic

• Experience in contract management and commercial model development

• A hybrid profile combining strong field sales experience with financial discipline
