B2B Sales Manager - Machines

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations. The primary focus will be on spare parts for the textile spinning industry,

The ideal candidate should have strong sales expertise, market understanding, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Job Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing key accounts. This role requires a proactive individual capable of handling multiple product categories and contributing to long-term business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the textile spinning industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industrial clients
  • Promote and sell spare parts related to textile spinning machinery
  • Expand product portfolio by exploring new trading opportunities
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients
  • Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and industry events

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

  • 5–8 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial trading or textile sector

Key Skills & Competencies

* Strong knowledge of textile spinning industry (preferred)

  • Proven track record in B2B sales and business development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple product lines and adapt to changing business needs
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs220,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
