B2B Sales & Marketing Manager (USA Market)

About the Role:

We’re hiring a results-driven B2B Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our outbound sales efforts targeting the US market. This is a hands-on management role — you’ll be running a cold calling team, driving email marketing campaigns, managing the CRM pipeline, and owning LinkedIn outreach. If you’ve built pipelines in the US market before and know how to get meetings booked, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coach the cold calling team — set targets, monitor performance, and drive results
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns targeted at US-based businesses
  • Own and maintain the CRM — ensure leads are tracked, followed up on, and moving through the pipeline
  • Lead LinkedIn outreach strategy — identify prospects, build connection sequences, and generate qualified leads
  • Collaborate with leadership on sales targets and go-to-market strategy
  • Report on pipeline activity, conversion rates, and campaign performance regularly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or marketing experience, specifically targeting the US market (this is required, not preferred)
  • Prior experience managing a cold calling or sales development team
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn outreach and email marketing best practices
  • Fluent in English — written and spoken
  • Comfortable working Eastern Time Zone hours from our Lahore office

What We’re Looking For:
Someone who’s hungry, organized, and knows the US B2B landscape. You should be comfortable being accountable for numbers — leads generated, meetings booked, pipeline value. This isn’t a strategy-only role; you’ll be in the trenches with your team every day.
