B2B Sales & Partner Onboarding Executive – Financial & Broking Services

About the Role

We are seeking proactive and motivated individuals to join our growing team as B2B Sales & Partner Onboarding Executives. In this role, you will connect with potential business partners, introduce them to our platform, and support them throughout their journey in the financial and broking ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with prospective partners, sub-brokers, and business associates.
• Present our business model, product offerings, and revenue-sharing opportunities.
• Guide new partners through the onboarding process and ensure smooth platform adoption.
• Offer ongoing service, operational assistance, and relationship support to existing partners.
• Promote a range of financial products including Trading/Demat Accounts, Mutual Funds, Bonds, and Algo Trading services.
• Build long-term professional relationships to enhance partner engagement and business growth.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Good client-handling and relationship-building skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for the financial and broking industry.
• Basic knowledge of stock market products (preferred).

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Any graduate can apply. Candidates from B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance/Marketing) are preferred.
Experience:

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with prior experience in broking or financial services will have an advantage.
