B2B Sales Representative - Healthcare Partnerships

Any Lab Test Now provides direct-access lab testing, mobile phlebotomy, drug testing, and corporate wellness services. We are expanding our B2B partnerships and are seeking a motivated sales professional to help grow our business relationships with healthcare providers, employers, and organizations across Central Arkansas.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Healthcare Business Development Representative to secure new B2B accounts and build long-term partnerships. This role focuses on generating recurring monthly revenue through corporate testing, mobile phlebotomy, employer onboarding programs, staffing agency testing, and healthcare provider partnerships.

This position offers flexible hours, a base salary, commissions, bonuses, and residual income for large accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue B2B sales opportunities with healthcare providers, employers, HR departments, staffing agencies, and community organizations.
  • Conduct outreach including cold calls, walk-ins, lead follow-ups, and scheduled meetings.
  • Present service offerings such as mobile blood draws, drug testing, wellness panels, titers, and pre-employment health screenings.
  • Develop strong relationships with administrators, clinic managers, business owners, and medical professionals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Track activities, maintain notes, and report weekly on pipeline progress.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies and marketing materials.

Qualifications

  • Self-motivated and driven by performance-based compensation.
  • Strong communication and networking skills.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and in-person visits.
  • Ability to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, healthcare outreach, pharmaceutical sales, staffing agency sales, senior living partnerships, or medical office engagement is preferred but not required.
  • Must be organized, resourceful, and able to manage time independently.
  • Reliable transportation required.

Compensation

Total earning potential: $27,000–$99,000+/year for strong performers

Compensation Structure Includes:

Base Pay

  • $2,000/month (full-time)

Commission

  • 10% of the first 3 months of revenue for each new B2B account signed.

Bonuses

  • $500 bonus for every $25,000 in new monthly recurring revenue generated.
  • Additional quarterly bonuses for top performers.

Residual Income

  • 1% monthly residuals for 12 months on large-volume accounts (e.g., staffing agencies, corporate contracts).
