B2B Sales Representative (Night Shift) — On-site, Karachi

We’re a 16-year outsourcing partner for US brands. We’re growing our night-shift B2B outbound team in Karachi and hiring confident communicators who can sell, persuade, and perform.

What you’ll do

• Make outbound B2B calls to US businesses (script + CRM provided).
• Qualify prospects, present value clearly, and close with clean follow-ups.
• Keep CRM notes accurate; hit monthly KPIs (calls, SQLs, revenue).
• Join daily coaching to sharpen pitch, objection handling, and negotiation.

What you’ll bring

• 6+ months international outbound or B2B sales (US/UK preferred).
• English B2+ (clear, confident phone presence).
• Target focus, resilience, and basic CRM familiarity (HubSpot/Zoho/etc.).
• Night-shift and on-site availability in Karachi (Mon–Sat).
