In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our B2B clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and customer needs to effectively promote and sell our services.
Sales Representative Duties

Develop relationships with clients and potential clients.

Build and maintain relationships with existing B2B clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Assist clients by answering questions about products, services, and price plans.

Identify and develop leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and trade shows.

Prepare and maintain client files.

Assist with account management, including client billing, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining client relationships.
