About the Role

Alton General Trading is looking for an experienced and driven B2B & Wholesale Sales Executive to lead and expand our wholesale sales operations across the Middle East, Africa, and CIS markets.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B or wholesale trading, understands distribution networks and bulk sales, and can develop long-term relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and resellers. This is a results-oriented role for someone who can identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and consistently deliver growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand wholesale and B2B sales channels across local and international markets.
  • Identify, approach, and secure new distributors, retailers, and business partners.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles, including quotations, negotiations, and contracts.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key accounts and repeat buyers.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, logistics, and inventory coordination.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B, wholesale, or export sales.
  • Strong network or experience dealing with distributors, retailers, and resellers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or Russian is an advantage).
  • Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate (on-site role in Deira).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in general trading, electronics, or consumer goods.
  • Experience in export markets (CIS, Africa, or GCC).
  • Highly self-motivated, persuasive, and target-driven personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
