Position: B2B2C Team Leader
We are seeking an experienced and driven B2B2C Team Leader to oversee and guide a field sales team operating across corporate and government sectors. The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading a sales team, strong communication abilities, and the capability to motivate and support team members to achieve performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and support a team of B2B2C Outdoor Sales Executives in daily field activities.
- Conduct visits to assigned government and corporate locations and support team members during client engagements.
- Ensure team members are meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans when needed.
- Assist in onboarding new team members and provide ongoing training.
- Coordinate daily schedules, routes, and sales assignments for the team.
- Manage reporting, documentation, and pipeline updates accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring professional service delivery and issue resolution.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader (telecom experience is an advantage).
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team coordination skills.
- Bilingual: Arabic & English.
- Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
- Valid QID and eligible to work in Qatar.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented, organized, and proactive.
