About the Role:
We are expanding our commercial team and seeking a motivated Junior B2B Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business by selling our high-end camera and production equipment to professional clients, including production houses, studios, corporate AV departments, independent filmmakers, and rental facilities. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new B2B accounts, building lasting professional relationships, and contributing to our growth in a dynamic market.
Key B2B Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Proactively research, identify, and generate new B2B client leads through targeted outreach, networking, and industry events.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth client meetings to understand business needs and recommend customized equipment solutions that deliver clear value and ROI.
- Pipeline & Sales Cycle Management: Own and manage the full sales process from initial contact through negotiation, closing, and client onboarding.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas for new client acquisition and revenue.
- Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, quotes, and agreements to secure profitable deals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
- Strategic Account Management: Conduct consistent follow-ups to nurture prospects, manage expectations, and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Brand Representation: Represent the company professionally at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Quailifications:
Eduacation:
- Bachelor’s degree (Required).
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a B2B sales or relevant client-facing role. Experience in pro-media, broadcast, electronics, or technology sales is a significant advantage.
Skills:
- Strong interest in and technical understanding of professional camera systems, lenses, lighting, and audio/video production equipment.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English (Required).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage business owners and procurement managers.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural talent for building professional rapport and trust.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient with a desire to succeed in a target-based environment.
- Ability to work independently, manage a territory/schedule, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate client meetings as needed.
