Renowned for excellence, innovation, and precision service, we are expanding our customer-focused operations and seeking a B2C Dispatch / Travel Consultant to join our growing team.
Role Overview
The B2C Dispatch / Travel Consultant will serve as the first point of contact for our individual and retail clients. This role combines dispatch coordination and travel consultancy, ensuring a seamless journey for clients—from inquiry to booking, and final drop-off.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound B2C inquiries, bookings, and travel requests across phone, WhatsApp, email, and digital platforms.
- Coordinate and dispatch luxury vehicles in line with client requirements, flight schedules, and operational capacity.
- Provide tailored travel consultancy, including holiday packages, airport transfers, chauffeur services, and leisure trips.
- Advise clients on visa requirements, assist with visa forms, schedule embassy appointments, and track applications.
- Stay informed on the latest travel deals, destinations, and promotions to recommend value-added options to clients.
- Liaise with drivers, operations teams, and external travel/visa service providers to ensure smooth execution.
- Handle booking changes, cancellations, and complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate booking and dispatch records in RSL’s CRM and systems.
- Support marketing initiatives and promote premium travel & concierge services.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in travel consultancy, dispatch operations, or visa assistance.
- Strong knowledge of global destinations (Asia, Europe, Middle East, USA, etc.) and Dubai’s travel/transport landscape.
- Familiarity with GDS/booking platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.) and CRM/dispatch systems (Odoo, Salesforce, Zoho).
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written); additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and maintain a customer-first attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
