We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven B2C Operations & Sales Executive to manage customer interactions, drive sales conversions, and ensure smooth operational workflows. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Growth

  • Handle inbound & outbound customer inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, chat, email).
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right products/services.
  • Convert leads into confirmed sales and achieve monthly targets.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up regularly with potential customers.
  • Cross-sell and upsell based on customer profiles.

B2C Operations

  • Manage the complete order/booking lifecycle—from inquiry to fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, vendor partners).
  • Ensure timely execution of customer requests and issue resolutions.
  • Track bookings, cancellations, modifications, and refunds accurately.
  • Monitor daily operational workflows and escalate issues when needed.

Customer Experience

  • Provide exceptional customer service through smooth communication.
  • Handle grievances calmly and professionally, ensuring quick solutions.
  • Collect post-service feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to improve retention.

Reporting & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and bookings in CRM tools.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales and operations reports.
  • Track KPIs like lead conversion, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2C sales, customer support, or operations.
  • Strong communication skills (English + local language).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable working with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in hospitality, events, e-commerce, or service-based industries.
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Basic data analysis for sales and customer insights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
