# Position Overview

This position is responsible for proactively engaging existing customers to upsell learning packages. This role focuses on outbound calls to parents, understanding students’ learning progress, and recommending suitable course extensions to maximize learning outcomes.

The ideal candidate is confident communicating in English, target-driven, and skilled at consultative sales. You will play a key role in revenue growth while maintaining a high-quality customer experience aligned with 51Talk’s educational standards.

✨ What You’ll Do

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers
• Understand customer needs and recommending suitable programs.
• Present 51Talk’s online English courses confidently and handle objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and closures in the CRM system.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Deliver a professional customer experience and build long-term relationships.

• Minimum 1 year experience in sales role.
• Target-driven, confident, and motivated to earn commission.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Egyptian nationality.
