Babysitter

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Babysitter/Nanny to provide exceptional care for children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will preferably have a background in childcare, with experience in infant and toddler care, and the ability to engage children in educational and fun activities. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about working with children and has the skills to support their development and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
• Plan and engage children in age-appropriate activities, including educational games, arts and crafts, and outdoor play.
• Provide personal care for infants and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and bathing as needed.
• Assist with homework and educational tasks for older children.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up after activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's daily activities, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.
• Implement routines that promote healthy habits, such as meal times, nap times, and play times.

Experience

• Proven experience in babysitting or nannying is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with childcare practices for infants, toddlers, and school-aged children.
• Background in caregiving can enhance your application.
• A genuine love for children along with patience, creativity, and adaptability.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
