Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one care to clients, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and assistance with daily living activities
• Develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring the health and well-being of clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
• Document client activities, progress, and any changes in their condition
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current on industry best practices and regulations

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of experience as a babysitter or caregiver
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
