Job Description

TLC Family Care is hiring dependable, nurturing nannies/sitters and adult caregivers to support both children and adults in family homes in Marietta, GA and surrounding areas.

For over 40 years, TLC Family Care has connected reliable caregivers with families who need quality support. Our team manages scheduling and family matching so you can focus on providing excellent care.

Experience with either childcare, senior care, or adult caregiving is welcome—training mindset and compassion are highly valued.

Schedule Requirements

Applicants must be available:

• At least 3 weekdays (Monday–Friday)
• Between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• For 8–10 hour shifts (example: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM or 8:00 AM–6:00 PM)
• Minimum commitment of 3 months

Pay & Benefits

• $19/hour for 1–2 children
• $20/hour for 3 clients (children/adults)
• $21/hour for 4 clients (children/adults)
• Weekly direct deposit (every Friday)

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care for children, adults, or seniors in family homes
• Support daily routines including meals, hygiene, naps, and activities
• Lead age-appropriate activities for children or provide companionship for adults/seniors
• Assist with light daily needs depending on client assignment
• Communicate daily updates with families/guardians

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience (childcare, senior care, babysitting, home care, or similar)
• Two professional references (childcare or adult care)
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
