Babysitter/Nanny/ABA

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable babysitter to care for our child mostly after school and some weekends. The ideal candidate is a patient and caring person with experience with child with unique needs. You are able to follow instructions and our standards of care are high.

Requirements
Be at least 18 years old.

Must have ABA experience or RBT and worked with special needs

• Have a valid driver’s license and personal car.
• Have a reliable cell phone and computer.
• Be able to pass a background check.
• Have the ability to lift up to 80 pounds.

Responsibilities
Carry your own bag to and from work.

• Meet the children’s needs for food, water, snacks, etc.
• Carry the children to and from the car for their daycare.
• Observe children’s interactions and feelings.
• Communicate with parents about activities and day’s activities.
• Maintain a clean and tidy bedroom for the children to stay there during the day.
• Follow health and safety standards according to OSHA and local regulations.
• Attend to any needs of parents such as picking up child from daycare or car, or filling snacks for family dinner.
• Communicate with parents regularly about their children’s progress and activities.
• Perform other supportive childcare duties as needed (e.g., help with homework, prepare meals, etc.)

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
